Did some faster running (avg 6:06 for 6.5).  The back of my left hip tightened up for the second half of the run.

Tried out some dating apps and geez they really try to suck you into their app.  Just a turrible way to spend all your time. I will keep spending time on them. Zoom dating here we come.

Really did not feel that good today, pretty tired.  Caught up on sleep but wed-thurs still affecting me.

Tomorrow:

1.) Get a good run in, lift (2hrs)

2.) Healthcare policy, zoom (2hrs)

3.) Review qm 2 chapters, read stat mech notes (3 hrs)

4.) Start quantum, stat mech (2 probs each) (4 hrs)

5.) Read review paper on Johnson noise (3hrs)
